PRICE INFORMATION

The prices shown during the booking process apply only to the selected dates, number of guests, and booking conditions displayed at the time of booking.

For direct bookings, 50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. If a booking is made less than 30 days before arrival, the full booking amount may be due immediately.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, direct bookings are non-refundable. Payments already made are not refunded in case of cancellation, no-show, late arrival, early departure, illness, travel disruption, bad weather, or change of plans.

A security deposit may be required and may be authorized on the Guest’s credit card before arrival. The deposit may be used for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized pets or guests, late check-out, or violations of the house rules.

The tourist tax / Imposta di Soggiorno for the Municipality of Malcesine is not included unless expressly stated otherwise and must be paid separately if applicable.

Additional costs may apply for excessive cleaning, damages, lost keys, unauthorized guests, late check-out, chargebacks, payment fees, or other costs caused by the Guest.
